Onsite Lodging at Wellspring Manor & Spa

We understand that plans can change. Please review the following cancellation and refund terms for Quiet Power: The Retreat.

Participant Cancellations

45 Days or More Before the Retreat - Full Refund Minus $175 Administrative Fee
30-44 Days Before the Retreat - 50% Refund of Retreat Registration Fee
Less than 30 Days Before the Retreat - Non-Refundable but transferrable to another individual , with written request.

Cancellation By Wellspring

If we must cancel the retreat, all fees paid will be fully refunded.
We are not responsible for non-refundable travel expenses.

Force Majeure

In the case of events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), participants will receive a credit for a future retreat, valid for 12 months.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
