10:00 AM – Stepping In: Honoring What Was, Welcoming What’s Next
We begin by arriving fully—as we are. In this opening session, you’ll join a trusted circle of peers who understand the complexity of transition. Through guided prompts and intention-setting, we’ll honor what you’ve let go of, acknowledge where you are now, and begin making space for what’s possible. This is a gentle entry point into the work of becoming again.
11:30AM – Guided Session: Embracing the Pause
Examine what it means to be in transition—not rushing into the new, but learning to be with the unknown. Through journaling, story fragments, and small group dialogue, you’ll begin to embrace the quiet in-between as a place of growth and clarity.
1:00 pm - Gourmet Wellness Lunch
Enjoy a thoughtfully prepared, farm-to-table lunch that nourishes both body and mind. This is also an opportunity for informal networking and meaningful conversations with fellow attendees.
2:15pm - The Quiet Path to Clarity: Applying the CLEARD™ Framework
In times of transition, decisions can feel cloudy or overwhelming. This session introduces the CLEARD™ Framework—a practical tool for gaining clarity when you’re in the space between what was and what’s next. You’ll apply it to a real-life question and walk away with greater insight, focus, and a sense of calm direction.

After a full day of deep reflection, meaningful dialogue, and personal insight, this hour is yours. Step away from the noise and allow the day’s experiences to settle. Whether through journaling, walking the grounds, resting, or simply being still, this is a chance to notice what’s rising to the surface. No agenda. No output required. Just space to be with what’s unfolding.
